What impacts the cost of carpet cleaning or fitting?

The cost of our carpet cleaning and fitting services is primarily affected by five main factors, which can be covered in detail on contact:

  • Room Size: Larger rooms require more time and materials, thus influencing the overall price.
  • Pre-Fitting Carpet Requirements: These can be fitting of straight edge and underlay and other preparatory work.
  • Post Fitting Carpet Requirements: this can be brushing, hoovering and bagging up cuttings. Fitting Cupboards or door strips.
  • Soiling: Heavily soiled carpets may need more intensive cleaning processes and additional time, impacting the cost.
  • Staining: Stubborn stains often require specialized treatments, which can affect the final price.

 

***We find that it can be more helpful if customers are able to provide us with some initial basic information, if they have it (don't worry if you don't) - 

ideally the nature of the job, cleaning/fitting or both, the size of the room, or item, if cleaning only required then the existing condition and/or soiling of the carpet or upholstery (pictures here are worth a thousand words) and if it's been cleaned previously,

REFERRAL DISCOUNTS SCHEME

Referrals resulting in completed work get some great price reductions on a future clean,  1/2 referrals gets a 20% future discount*, 3/4 referrals gets a 30% future discount* and 4 and above gets a Fife Clean & Fit Mug personalised with your name or slogan  and a whopping 50% future discount*.
